Backups can be downloaded from the admin user account summary page and safely kept. In the case of a major change that may take too long to correct, the backup file can be restored. A monthly backup can be restored online by logging a ticket with our team.

We use a locally hosted server in South Africa for the best performance. When you sign up for RTD Cloud Accounting Manager, we automatically place your data in the data center geographically closest to you.
